Charlotte Lavender
Charlotte is an innovative C Suite marketeer, with a track record for driving growth for clients though marketing transformation. With a career formed at agencies such as Saatchis, BBH and Publicis, Charlotte’s passion for combining tech, creativity and data to better connect brands with audiences has seen her advise clients on integrating digital, data and AI capabilities into marketing functions. She has optimised marketing operations and output for clients including Heineken, Ford and JLL, developing in house agency models and building and training teams to integrate marketing specialisms at speed. She sees AI as an exciting opportunity to reinvent the agency model for clients and reignite creativity, reducing the more mundane tasks and driving growth. Based in the South West, Charlotte leads The Lavender Partnership advising both SMEs and clients on marketing transformation. A keen paddle boarder and swimmer, between family and work you’ll find her on the water.

Ben Rickard
Ben is an experienced leader who specialises in digital, data and AI for the marketing and advertising sector. He currently runs a consulting business that advises brands and corporates on the transformative opportunity made possible through the advancements in Data & AI. Prior to this, Ben was an executive leader at WPP where he founded a mobile agency and led teams across a roster of global agencies including JWT, Wavemaker, Mediacom and Choreograph.
Ben also acts as a trusted advisor to the private and public sector. He served as a Non-Executive Director for UK Parliament, and works closely with data and tech startups to refine their strategy, positioning and messaging. Ben holds a MSc in eCommerce and recently completed the Oxford AI Programme at Said Business School.

Emma Wharton
Emma is COO of Spark. She sees AI as key to unlocking creativity we hadn’t even dreamed of before, as well as a catalyst for change in the business models of our sector. Before Spark, Emma spent her career focussed on the future of work - from leading on hybrid working for Parliament and in Government and 15 years as a programme director in architecture and major construction projects at HOK and House of Commons, and as an advisor at Lendlease and GoSpace – an AI PropTech start-up. Emma is also a graphic designer and was co-founder of We are The Loves Employer Branding Agency with Jules, where they first started applying generative AI to creative and business process. In her spare time she's mainly found painting in her art studio, walking the dog or tending the garden.
