Developed in collaboration with agency and marketing leaders
What's holding you back from truly embracing AI? That’s what we asked to 30 agency and marketing leaders, and their answers were eye-opening. Despite widespread AI experimentation, most are still searching for the blueprint to meaningful, organisation-wide adoption.
That's why we created the AI Accelerator – marketing and agency leaders said they needed a catalyst for AI-integration that is blended perfectly with human creativity, and designed specifically for them rather than generic AI training taught by people from a tech backgroud.
We built the AI Accelerator programme materials with agency leaders, marketing leaders, our board members and senior creatives, strategists and technologists who understand your business models and have walked in your shoes.
So, this is a hands-on programme built from the trenches, shaped by real world experiences and challenges. It is laser-focused on implementation and practicality that drives results.

Q: Are sessions in-person or online?
The workshops are in-person at your office. Coaching sessions are online.

Expect everyone to dedicate around 3 hours between sessions to complete assignments. AI adoption takes commitment - your results will reflect your effort. In total this will be approximately a day per month per person.
Q: Is the programme tailored to our business?
Yes. Leadership training applies to any business, but for strategy and design, we can either use our B2B case study or tailor one to your industry. We’ll discuss this in a pre-call.
Q: Do you have sessions for client services or copywriting?
These are in development and will be available by summer 2025.
Q: Do we get a certification?
Yes! Your team will receive the Spark AI Accelerator Certification, proving your AI literacy and responsible AI adoption.
Q: What AI tools do we use?
Your team will need access to:
Core tools: ChatGPT (some paid licenses recommended) or Google Gemini.
Strategy tools: Perplexity (free) and Google Notebook.
Design tools: Ideogram, Midjourney, and Runway (one shared login for each is fine for now).
Q: Who should attend?

Strategy: Teams doing research, planning, and strategy.
Creative: Anyone working on visual content creation.
We recommend everyone in your business attend at least one session to ensure company-wide AI adoption.

A team confident in using AI for better, faster work.
A clear AI vision and roadmap to stay competitive.
Responsible AI policies and governance.
Smarter workflows and tool selection frameworks.
