With a career formed at agencies such as Saatchis, BBH and Publicis, Charlotte’s passion for combining tech, creativity and data to better connect brands with audiences has seen her advise clients on integrating digital, data and AI capabilities into marketing functions. She has optimised marketing operations and output for clients including Heineken, Ford and JLL, developing in house agency models and building and training teams to integrate marketing specialisms at speed. She sees AI as an exciting opportunity to reinvent the agency model for clients and reignite creativity, reducing the more mundane tasks and driving growth. A keen paddle boarder and swimmer, between family and work you’ll find her on the water.

Tabitha Winter

With a firm footing in both agency and brand terrains, Tabitha brings over 25 years of practical and seasoned expertise developed in the advertising and marketing sectors. Her journey has consistently been about finding strategic solutions and enhancing the operational efficiency of in-house and agency-side creative departments, aligning them closely with business objectives. A key part of her focus now is leveraging the power of AI and automation to streamline creative operations, making processes more efficient and empowering teams to deliver high-quality work faster and smarter. She brings a pragmatic, strategy-driven approach to managing both local and global creative businesses, ensuring campaigns for a range of clients, from SMEs to blue-chip and global brands, are delivered effectively, on budget, and to a high standard. Tabitha’s areas of specialisation cover a broad spectrum, including process creation and optimisation, training, consulting, mentoring, integrated project management consultancy, and strategy and department setup—all underscored by a deep understanding of how technology, MarTech tools, and AI can transform creative operations. Tabitha partners with companies looking to elevate their creative processes by integrating automation and AI into their workflows, providing a blend of strategic insight and practical solutions that enhance productivity without sacrificing creativity.

Emma Wharton

Emma is COO of Spark. She sees AI as key to unlocking creativity we hadn’t even dreamed of before, as well as a catalyst for change in the business models of our sector. Before Spark, Emma spent her career focussed on the future of work - from leading on hybrid working for Parliament and in Government and 15 years as a programme director in architecture and major construction projects at HOK and House of Commons, and as an advisor at Lendlease and GoSpace – an AI PropTech start-up. Emma is also a graphic designer and was co-founder of We are The Loves Employer Branding Agency with Jules, where they first started applying generative AI to creative and business process. In her spare time she's mainly found painting in her art studio, walking the dog or tending the garden.
